POLICIES

Payment Options: We accept various payment options including Cash, Checks, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Payment is due by the last day of services, with a grace period of 2 days after your return. A late payment fee will be charged if payment is not received on time. 

Cancellation Policy: Happy Paws will work with you if your schedule changes.  However, we do have a clear cancellation policy requiring a 48-hour notice for the cancellation of scheduled services and a 1-week notice for cancellations prior to major holidays .

No refunds will be provided if the pet owner arrives home early and cancels previously scheduled visits. 

Major Holidays:  Please note that we may not have availability a week before a major holiday, so plan accordingly! Major Holiday's include Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week, MLK Weekend, President's weekend, Labor Day Weekend and the weekend around the 4th of July.
